Last updated: 04/08/2025

By engaging with DisasterGuard, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all services, advice, documents, templates, and recommendations provided by DisasterGuard.

DisasterGuard is an emergency and disaster planning consultancy. We provide advice, documentation, and planning support based on current frameworks, professional standards, and information supplied by the client. While we aim to provide accurate and relevant guidance, our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance certification.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that any documents or recommendations provided are suitable for their site, operations, and obligations. We strongly encourage all clients to review final documents and seek additional specialist, legal, or regulatory advice where required—especially where legislation, licensing, or approval processes apply.

DisasterGuard accepts no liability for actions taken or not taken as a result of using our services or relying on our materials. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, regulatory action, or compliance outcome arising from the use of our advice, documents, or planning tools. Use of our services does not transfer any legal or compliance responsibility from the client to DisasterGuard.

Clients agree to indemnify DisasterGuard (including its owner and representatives) against any claims or consequences that arise from decisions or actions made based on our advice or documentation.
